Malcolm Milne is the owner and captain of the fishing vessel Captain Cook. Malcolm is a resident of Homer Alaska, with a wife and two small children. He has fished in the salmon, halibut, and black cod fisheries since 1994 and owned the Captain Cook since 2009. He takes particular care of his fish which were very well iced and cleaned and the off loading crews repeatedly comment that captain Milne’s loads are one of the nicest they see every season.
