With Summer finally here it’s time for BBQs and outdoor entertaining. Here are a few ideas just in time for your Long Weekend entertaining. All these items are available at both of our retail stores, so let us do the prep work and you take the credit!

Our newest delight, freshly made halibut burgers! Made with the freshest ingredients! No additives or bi-products! Fresh and ready for the grill, these halibut burgers are great tasting and have a fraction of the calories of a regular hamburger.
For those of who like salmon, we have salmon burgers as well, pre-prepared salmon patties ready for the grill. This is a must try! Made from fresh ingredients, these burgers are delicious and a healthy alternative to regular burgers. Once you try it, you will be hooked.
Everyone loves crab cakes but they can be tricky to make. Try our pre-prepared crab cakes ready for the pan. In just minutes, you will have delicious Crab cakes for your guests. Made from the freshest of ingredients, these crab cakes will be a hit.

Cedar Grillers. What a trio! Alaskan Coho salmon, Local Albacore tuna, and Alaskan Blackcod (sablefish) all lightly salted and lightly smoked ready to grill on the barbecue or in the oven. They come frozen on a pre-soaked cedar grill. They thaw very quickly and are cooked in 12-15 minutes. What an excellent way to add gourmet tasting, healthy protein to a meal.
